Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us within that window so we can get the process started for you.
Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
- With all original tags still attached
- In original packaging where applicable
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Candles and bath/body products that have been opened
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email or through our contact page.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back to us. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
If you'd prefer an exchange, we'll ship your new item as soon as the return is received and the replacement is available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oh no! If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible — no return shipping cost to you. 💙
